Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Sequin Saddle. Please review this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of boutique inventory and limited-run items, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms below. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be free from odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and stains.
  • You must initiate your return within [X] days of delivery (e.g., 14 or 30 days).

Items that are not eligible for return include (as applicable):

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale” or similar).
  • Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, or earrings (for hygiene reasons).

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges

If your return is approved:

  • Store Credit: Issued as a store credit code or account balance that can be used on future purchases.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returns may or may not be accepted depending on destination and cost.
  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customs duties and taxes are typically non-refundable and may be the buyer’s responsibility.
