Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Sequin Saddle.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [7] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will communicate delays where possible.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer various shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, shipping method selected, and order weight/size. Estimated options may include:

If you realize there is an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, risk typically passes to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

- For damage, include clear photos of the package and items.
- We may assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion.
7. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may ship separately due to stock locations or availability. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments beyond what was calculated at checkout.
8. International Duties and Taxes (if applicable)
If we ship internationally, please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by the destination country.
- These charges are typically the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), customs processing, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
